If the purchase you make from us is faulty on arrival or damaged in transit, return it to us for a replacement or refund within 14 days of purchase. If an item is significantly different from the item description we will also refund or replace on return of the item.

We will happily accept returns on items within 14 days of purchase if they are no longer required. They must be new, sealed and unopened to qualify. Any items which are not faulty but have been opened cannot be returned for re-sale.
